After many years as a partner at Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte, Susanna Dienemann has been leading the firm under her own name since April 2026.
She focuses her practice on matters relating to clinical research, in particular, questions concerning contractual arrangements. She also advises clients on regulatory matters both concerning medicinal products and medical devices. In addition, she assists clients in advertising medicinal products and medical devices and anti-corruption compliance in the healthcare sector.

Luka Weinert – Counsel
Luka Weinert has been employed as a lawyer at what is now Dienemann Rechtsanwälte since April 2018. Until April 2026, the firm operated under the name Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte.
She focuses her practice on matters relating to clinical research with medicinal products and medical devices and specifically supports clients in drafting relevant contractual arrangements. She also advises clients on other regulatory and compliance-related matters both concerning medicinal products and medical devices, in particular, concerning product promotion, healthcare compliance and data protection.

Julia Bergener
Julia Bergener has been employed as an assistant at what is now Dienemann Rechtsanwälte since October 2018. Until April 2026, the firm operated under the name Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte.
As a certified European Management Assistant, she supports Susanna Dienemann in particular in all administrative and organisational matters. Before joining Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte, Mrs. Bergener worked, inter alia, as an Executive Assistant at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in the Hamburg office.

Sandra Giera
Sandra Giera has been employed as an assistant at what is now Dienemann Rechtsanwälte since March 2023. Until April 2026, the firm operated under the name Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte.
With her training in IT-Systems, she supports Luka Weinert in particular in all administrative and organisational matters. Before joining Wachenhausen Dienemann Rechtsanwälte, Mrs. Giera gained various professional experiences in the Deutsche Telekom AG group, including as a Sales Assistant in the business customer area at T-Mobile Deutschland in Eschborn.
